About the Position

This is a specialist position for an outsourced sales service we offer to our clients. Our industry is diversified, including medical, legal, B2B services, tech, marketing, and more.

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Specialist who is a quick learner and can effectively handle a variety of questions while loosely following a script. The ideal candidate will be capable of developing their own language and approach to best address customer needs and drive sales.

Here's what you'll do:

  • You’ll conduct sales via calls, emails, and SMS to engage with potential customers.
  • You’ll focus on initial booking and appointment setting, similar to an SDR.
  • You’ll follow a loose script while adapting responses to fit the client’s needs and questions.
  • You’ll keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • You’ll collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and share best practices.
  • You’ll attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  • You’ll meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
